The Seminole County Special Hazards & Operations Team built a Pierce Velocity cab to create additional space for the forward walk-in area for lab & dive equipment. This Heavy Duty Rescue features hydraulic rescue tools, a breathing air cascade system, various shelves, trays and tool boards for HazMat equipment, and a slide-out staircase for access to roof storage compartments.

Canton Fire had their new heavy rescue displayed at the 2018 Midwest Fire Rescue Expo™ held by the Southeastern Michigan Association of Fire Chiefs.  I was able to get some pictures and a little information about the rig.
