Rescue Collapse Unit

While this apparatus is not a true heavy rescue, it is a collapse unit for the New Rochelle, NY Fire Department.  They selected a  10″ raised roof Spartan Metro Star chassis mounted on  a 20′ aluminum SVI-body mounted powered by a 380HP Cummins L9 engine. This rescue apparatus has a Command Light Knight 2 series light tower, a heavy-duty swing-out tool board, SlideMaster structural-steel slideout trays, streetside and curbside Carefree Fiesta awnings and a bunch of other features.
